Windows live hotmail

Buon anno a tutti anche se in anticipo.
Volevo sapere perchè windows live hotmail non riesce più scaricare la posta dal sito di hotmail. però posso comunque invare i messaggi. come non riesco e riceverli?

Non appaiono nemmeno punti esclamativi gialli o icone di errore?
Cioè lui sembra che scarichi i messaggi e non ne trovi di nuovi ma se poi vai sul sito vedi che ce ne sono?

l'erore è questo:

Quando guardo hotmail dal sito riesco a vedere i nuovi messaggi ma, non li scarica in windows live mail.
