Scheda Video: Ati 3650 HD ( Prima avevo una GeForce 7600 GS)

Alimentatore: 400W
Sistema Operativo :Windows XP
Partiamo dall'inizio:
Fino a domenica scorsa utilizzavo la geforce come scheda video e tutto è andato bene per anni. Poi il system allert mi ha avvertito che non gli arrivava abbastanza potenza e che di conseguenza le prestazioni della scheda erano azzerate.
Ho provato con un alimentatore da 500W il problema persisteva, quindi ho cambiato scheda video con la ATI, ma ancora non andava bene, le prestazioni erano aumentate leggermente ma il sistema era lento e ancora non c'erano miglioramenti sensibili.
Ieri sera mi sono convinto, ho formattato e reinstallato tutto da capo e sembra funzionare decentemente, tranne Fallout 3. Della serie ne risolvi 1 e ne escono 100.
Dopo pochi minuti di gioco mi crasha completamente il sistema con questa scritta seguita dal riavvio di Windows:
