vi chiedo aiuto per cercare di risolvere un problemino che di tanto in tanto si ripropone sul mio portatile.
Quando mi disconnetto da Internet (connessione a 56k) di tanto in tanto il pc va in crash e appare la schermata blu. il messaggio nel registro degli eventi segnala questo errore:
DCOM ha ricevuto l'errore "Database di servizio bloccato. " durante il tentativo di avviare il servizio netman con gli argomenti "" per eseguire il server
{BA126AE5-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E}.
ho fatto una ricerca sul regedit e questa voce corrisponde a HKCU\software\microsoft\windows\current version\ext\stats.
la stessa voce {BA126AE5-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E} mi ompare nel log di Hijackthis come "file missing".
non so se le cose sono direttamente collegate ma certo è strano. Ho provato a cancellare la voce BHO con Hijackthis ma alla successiva scansione si presenta di nuovo.
