Problema visualizzazione pagina internet

Ciao a tutti, se cerco di aprire una pagina (se cerco di looggarmi sul sito enelgas) mi compare questa scritta:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page address is incorrect.

Qualcuno sa dirmi se dipende da qualche settaggio che ho fatto dato che ho formattato il pc ieri?

Se ci dessi più info sarebbe meglio, ad esempio il S.O. che usi e il browser.

Io la pagina la apro installando un controllo ActiveX della Macromedia, che mi chiede il browser in automatico.
