Hi everyone,
I'm trying to create an account on a website and during the registration process there is a visual confirmation image showing the name of an Italian city. The instruction says to enter the license plate of the city indicated in the image.
For example, in one attempt the image showed the word Salerno, and another time it showed Venezia. I understand that this probably refers to the provincial car plate abbreviation, but I'm not completely sure if I'm entering it correctly.
Should I enter the two-letter provincial code (like SA for Salerno or VE for Venezia), or is there another format the website might expect? I tried a couple of times and I'm not sure if the issue is with the captcha or my input.
Has anyone encountered this type of verification before during registration on Italian websites? Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
