AVG 9.0 si blocca installazione

Ho gia fatto più tentativi ,ma AVG 9.0 non vuole installarsi ,si blocca poco prima di finire,mi da un errore che trova nella cartella temp che ha fatto lui,sembra quasi come se qualcuno avesse cmbiato il risultato.
La versione 8.5 è ancora installata e funziona,non ci sono virus o altre minacce ,fatte le dovute scansioni anche con altri tool tipo Spybot e destroy,che tipo di tproblema può essere?,grazie,BYE

prova a disinstallare la versione 8,5 con questo tool e poi installa la versione nuova

Grazie,ho seguito anche questo,ma niente ,ho trovato dove stà l'errore ma non so come eliminarlo,c'è una chiave di registro in cui AVG deve scrivere ma non riesce,in effetti entrato in regedit non ho accesso a questa chiave,che sia un virus che me la blocca?,BYE.

controlliamo subito se c'e' qualche processo dannoso

scarica hijackthis

lancia il programma cliccando l’eseguibile e avvia la scansione, scegliendo la voce "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

Ricordati di mettere HIJACKTHIS in una cartella a lui dedicata (in Programmi o Documenti), l'importante è che non si trovi sul desktop o in cartelle temporanee è importante se vuoi salvare i backup

nel log non si vede niente di anomalo

tuttavia sarebbe meglio fare un controllo piu' approfondito del pc

scarica combofix

- disconnetiti da internet
- disattiva l'antivirus
- esegui ComboFix.exe
- digita 1
- segui le instruzioni
- finita la scansione portati in C:\ e copia/incolla, nella tua prossima risposta, il contenuto del file di testo Combofix.txt
