Trojan win32 spy.zbot.jf

Nella normale navigazione internet mi si è aperto Windows defender che mi chiedeva chiarezza circa un file tmp che ho visto essere in esecuzione col task manager,ho chiuso tutto rimosso il file temporaneo localizzato in Users\AppData\Local\Temp. Avevo la suddetta cartella aperta e nel frattempo Nod32 mi ha aperto l'avviso di questo Trojan in oggetto nella stessa cartella,eliminato e tutto sembra andare per il meglio,ma coi trojan bisogna sempre stare sul chi vive.
In che modo procedo per vedere che tutto sia ok?
Ho già fatto partire un CCleaner per prima cosa,poi un Hijackthis:

ho cercato di fixare quel Startup: siszyd32.exe' ma mi dice che è aperto,di chiuderlo da taskmanager,ma non lo vedo.
Con Msconfig c'è il processo all'avvio siszyd32,tolgo la spunta per disabilitarlo e applica,ma torna spuntato.Come faccio ad eliminarlo?

aggiornalo, fai una scansione completa del computer, mettendo in quarantena gli elementi malvoli trovati. Al termine posta il suo log, inoltre scarica hijackthis (hai una versione antidiluviana) versione ultima da qui:

lo installi, lo utilizzi al solito modo e poi posti il suo log.

Stamattina il pc ha fatto un ripristino di configurazione perchè non si accendeva.Poi all'avvio altro messaggio dell'antivirus Win32/TrojanDownloader.Bredolab.BE.trojan.Io procedo ancora come pirma con Malware ma sto pensando di formattarlo,maledetti trojan,loro e quelli che li inventano.

Certo, se hai ripristinato il computer a una data antecedente l'infezione hai ripristinato anche l'infezione medesima. Prova a utilizzare malwarebytes dopo averlo aggiornato.

Eliminato con Malewarebytes di nuovo.Il ripristino l'ha fatto il pc in automatico perchè non si avviava.
Ho problemi su una rete wireless ora,ho provato il pc stesso su altre 2 reti e internet funziona perfettamente.
E' in quella rete che ho preso il trojan,voglio capire se la cosa è legata.

Schermo blu all'avvio poi si riavvia da solo e compare:Windows è stato ripristinato in seguito ad un arresto imprevisto del sistema.
