PROBLEMI INVIO EMAIL

Salve, dalla mia casella email sul sito di libero cerco di inviare una email ad un determinato soggetto ma quando la invio mi arriva una risposta di Mail Delivery Service - Remote MTA mx1.hotmail.com: network error.
Cos'è? cosa devo fare per inviare una mail a questo soggetto? aspetto aiuti, grazie e saluti.
