Anche io come tanti altri sono stato colpito da questo fastidiossimo virus, che sembra non voglia andarsene via. Ero sicuro di avere fatto tutto quello che é stato già suggerito agli altri, ma evidentemente non é così. Ecco il log di hijackthis:

P.S. nel suggerirmi le cose da fare specificate se farle in modalità provvisoria. Finora ho cercato di eliminare il virus in modalità provvisoria senza riuscirci.

E' strano il log é quello, ho ricontrollato per sicurezza Il problema che riscontro, di solito é un redirect anomalo dell'home-page e mi spuntano delle pagine web di e1xplorer sul desktop, sul menu di avvio e mi sono accorto anche su documenti. :eeh:

Ma...strano il tuo log,sembra come se avessi disattivato la visualizzazione dei processi in esecuzione,lo fai dalla modalità normale si?
comunque da quello che si vede posso consigliarti di fare cosi:
-Scarica lo script per riparare la trusted zone <--->(tasto destro sul link e salvalo sul desktop)
-Scarica Ccleaner
-Scarica CWShredder-->>Guida all'uso
-Adesso tasto destro sul file .inf e seleziona installa
-Fai uno scan con CWShredder ma cliccando su fix e non su scan only
-Adesso vai su start-->>esegui e digita sc stop dnlsvc e dai l'ok
poi scrivi sc delete dnlsvc e dai l'ok

Adesso con hijackthis fixa queste voci:

Ci vorrebbe la lista dei processi per vedere se ci sono file maligni ancora caricati

Credo di aver trovato l'opzione giusta ed attiva (c'é il segno di spunta). I log che trasmetto sono sempre dalla modalità normale. Non mi pare di aver mai provato dalla modalità provvisoria. Appena ho fatto tutte le operazioni che mi hai consigliato ti aggiorno sui risultati.

Ciao, da quello che mi è parso di capire services.exe maligno è in esecuzione. Se non ti riesce elimnarlo con la procedura suggerita da Fabrizius, scarica KILLBOX da qui

- estrailo sul desktop e apri la cartella che lo contiene e quindi avvialo
- Seleziona l'opzione Delete on Reboot . Nello spazio scrivi il percorso del file da eliminare
C:\WINDOWS\SERVICES.EXE (scrivilo bene questo percorso)
e clicchi sulla crocetta rossa ( il computer si riavvierà)

dai anche un occhiata qui e cerca gli altri file suggeriti nel link non si sà mai...
poi al limite fai uno scan con Ewido che dovrebbe eliminarlo se ancora presente da qualche parte ...

PS:é shareware ma dopo i 14 gg di prova,smetterà di funzionare solo la protezione in tempo reale, il programma potrai continuare ad aggiornarlo per fare lo scan del tuo pc.

Ciao, Apri hijackthis, premi su ''open the misc tools section'', poi premi ''open process manager'', individua la voce indicata sotto e premi ''kill process'':

C:\WINDOWS\service32.exe

Poi vai in basso e premi il tasto back e subito dopo il tasto scan. Metti la spunta nella casellina accanto alle voci indicate sotto e premi ''fix checked'' :

Vai su start/risorse del computer/strumenti/opzioni cartella/visualizzazione e metti la spunta su visualizza cartelle file nascosti e togli la spunta da ''nascondi i file protetti di sistema''.

Vai su START - ESEGUI e digita regedit
Si apre l'editor, clicchi sui + accanto alle singole voci di questo percorso:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run
e cancella la chiave 1 = C:\WINDOWS\service32.exe (click col destro e scegli Elimina)
Chiudi il registro e riavvia il pc.

Scarica killbox da qui: http://www.killbox.net/downloads/KillBox.exe
Elimina i seguenti files:
C:\WINDOWS\service32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels8.exe

Controlla se in C:\WINDOWS\ hai qualcuno dei seguenti files:
syst32.dll
syshost.dll
mdm32.dll
winsmgr32.dll
iexplorer32.dll
Se ne trovi qualcuno eliminalo con killbox.
