run time per ACU COBOL

Salve,
avremmo bisogno di un'informazione.
Un nostro cliente ha un'applicazione per la gestione dei rifiuti che presumo sia stata fatta in COBOL, assieme alla macchina ci chiede il "run time per ACU cobol per windows XP".
Sinceramente non abbiamo mai sentito nulla del genere, presumo che sia un programma da caricare sulla macchina per far girare la loro applicazione da un PC in rete.
Potreste gentilmente farmi sapere qualcosa?
