Ti devo chiedere una cosa:
Nella tua risposta mi hai spiegato la procedura e mi ha detto di controllare in C:\Windows\ hai il file service32.exe e se lo trovavo, fartelo sapere.
Sono andato in disco locale - ho aperto la cartella Killbox - mi è uscita una cartella chiamata " log " - aperta la cartella è uscito questo documento ( ti metto il testo ) :

Questo cosa significa che il trojan è stato eliminato?

Visualizza cartelle e file nascosti.
Vai in C:/Windows e verifica se i files spoolsv32.dll service32.exe 2321614943.exe sono stati eliminati definitivamente.
Vai in C:/Documents and Settings/amd/ e verifica se il file 1026183554.dll e' sparito.
