Ho letto che il tuo file dovrebbe trovarsi in questo percorso:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSHOST.DLL
se lo trovi eliminalo con killbox: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php

Comunque fai qualche scansione per sicurezza:

Nel log non c'e' nessuna traccia del file SYSHOST.DLL. Il log va bene. Se non la conosci direi pero' di eliminare questa voce:

Vuoi dire che non hai idea di cosa sia questa voce che si trova sulla tua unita' D?

scansiona il file Setup.exe su http://www.virustotal.com e fammi sapere se risulta infetto oppure no.

Per quanto riguarda l'infezione che ti trova il tuo antivirus ti consiglio di effettuare le 2 scansioni che ti ho indicato nel messaggio precedente.
