Ciao ragazzi se qualcuno riuscisse ad aiutarmi ne sarei molto riconoscente!
Sembra che un sacco di gente ne sia stata colpita... e anch'io mi ritrovo con questo fastidioso spyware di archiviosex.net che crea link chiamati e1xplorer.
Vi dico che:
-ho aggiornato windows
-ho fatto andare, dopo averli aggiornati, questi programmi:
Ad-Aware, CCleaner, Spybot Search and Destroy.
Per qualche ora il problema sembrava risolto e invece è tornato.
Chi mi aiuta? grazie

Ciao,
Per il log fai cosi:
Vai in questa pagina e segui le istruzioni per eliminare C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winbfi32.dll

Poi con hijackthis fixa anche queste voci:

fai una ripulita generale con Ccleaner
PS:prima di usarlo vai in opzioni--->avanzate e togli la spunta da:(elimina file solo se piu vecchi di 48 ore)

Al limite puoi fare anche uno scan online:

Ciao, Riavvia in modalità provvisoria
(Avviare il computer.Subito dopo il calcolo della RAM e prima che inizi a caricarsi Windows, iniziare a premere ripetutamente il tasto F8 sulla tastiera. Continuare a farlo fino a visualizzare il menu Opzioni avanzate di Windows. Usando i tasti freccia sulla tastiera, scorrere le opzioni e selezionare il menu Modalità Provvisoria, quindi premere Invio)
Rendi visibili file e cartelle nascosti:
da gestione del computer>strumenti>Opzioni Cartella
Seleziona Visualizza
Spunta "mostra file e cartelle nascoste"
Togli la spunta da "nascondi file di sistema protetti"
Click OK
Apri hijackthis, con tutte le applicazioni chiuse, premi ““open the misc tools section”, poi “open process manger”, individua ed evidenzia il,processo ( se non c’è, non ti preoccupare)
C:\Documents and Settings\pc\Application Data\sgrunt\IE4321.exe
Premi kill process
Torni alla pagina principale con back, premi “scan”, cerchi e spunti le seguenti voci:

Cerchi ed elimini i file:

Elimina poi tutti i file temporanei di windows temp e tmp (da start>cerca>tutti i file e cartelle, copi e incolli: *.temp;*.tmp, ed elimini tutti quelli trovati)
sulle opzioni Internet cancella la cache di IE ( sull’opzione elimina file temporanei spunta anche “elimina il contenuto non in linea”, i cookies, cronologia)
svuota il cestino.
Da pannello di controllo.installazioni/applicazioni controlla che non vi siano programmi non installati da te

allora,
vi dico tutto quello che questo "programma" sull mio computer.
primo, apparisce sul desktop un imagine verde dove c'e scritto XXX ADULT KEY e tutto un texto che disce : "COMPLIMENTI, ti sei aguidicato la possiblita di visitare l'aera privata per una ora.....[..]..."

secondo, qualche secondo prima que quest'imagine apparisce sento un suono che durra solo un mezzo secondo.

ho cercato di eliminare da solo tutte queste cose ma ogni volta riviene e ricomincia come non avevo fato niente....
ho un computer portabile e non ho riusciato ad avviarlo in safe mode come me l'hai detto....

metti il file .inf sul desktop e poi click con il tasto destro e scegli Installa (non hai altro da fare)

Scarica Cwshredder da qui:

e mettilo sul desktop per ora.
Guarda qui come avviare il computer in modalità provvisoria:

Riavvia il computer in Modalità provvisoria
Rendi visibili file e cartelle nascosti (vai in start>impostazioni>pannello di controllo>opzioni cartella, e clicca su "visualizzazione". Seleziona "visualizza file e cartelle nascosti", e deseleziona "nascondi file protetti e di sistema". Clicca su OK.
Apri hijackthis, premi “ do a system scan only”, cerchi e spunti le voci seguenti:

Esegui CWShredder.exe (doppio click sul file Cwshredder.exe, poi scegli “Fix”, non “Scan only)
Cerca ed elimina i seguenti file:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winafd32.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\pc\Application Data\sgrunt\IE4321.exe----- > tutta la cartella Sgrunt
Poi elimina tutti i file temporanei di windows (temp e tmp, (fai così start>cerca>tutti i file e cartelle, nello spazio bianco “nome del file o parte del nome” copi : *.temp; *.tmp ed elimini tutti quelli trovati)
cancella tutti i file temporanei di IE (esplora risorse>pannello di controllo>opzioni internet>elimina file-spuntando anche la casella “Elimina il contenuto non in linea”, cancella cronologia, elimina i cookies

ecco fato.

vengo di riavviare il computer e quello me dice che c'e une trojan horse qui : C:\Documents and settings\pc\local settings\temporary internet files\content.IE5\WTCR4PGB\srvucd[1].exe
non e la prima volta che me lo dice ma ogni volta l'elimino ma sembra che non funziona...

non arrivo neanche ad eliminare questo: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winafd32.dll , me dice che non e possibile perche e protegetto o sta funzionando...

credo che tutto quel problema sta ancora qua perche non sono riuscito ad eliminare il file winafd32.dll
dopo aver riavviato ancora una volta, vedo ongi tanto le stesso... apparizione dell'imagine verde con XXX ADULT KEY, i hyperlink (e1xplorer) e quando apro internet, me dirige verso un sito nominato : http://www.1987324.com/?299 (che nn funziona......)
tutto questo comincia a darmi fastidio.....

Ciao, scarica KILLBOX da qui

- estrailo sul desktop e apri la cartella che lo contiene e quindi avvialo
- Seleziona l'opzione Delete on Reboot . Nello spazio scrivi il percorso del file da eliminare
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winafd32.dll
e clicchi sulla crocetta rossa (il computer si riavvierà)
Elimina con hijackthis la voce 015 (hai usato deldomains?)
Poi, vai nel percorso C\Windows\system32\drivers\etc, trovi il file hosts (non ha estensione), lo apri con il blocco note, copi e incolli:

127.0.0.1 http://www.1987324.com
lo salvi e imposti il file a Sola lettura (tasto destro>proprietà)

ok ho fato tutto che hai detto.
ma non so come inviare il file hosts (aggioranto come me l'hai detto di fare) sul forum...
lo so sono veramente un noob con i computer...

Ciao, il file hosts non lo devi inviare sul forum. hai cancellato la voce 015 con hijackthis? se hai fatto questo e non hai più problemi, il tuo lavoro può anche terminare qui ;)

si, ho fato quello con hijackthis e vengo di eliminare di nuovo i file .tmp*;.temp* ; i temporary internet file ; tutti i link e1xplorer e la cronoligia .
lol credevo che quando hai detto: ""lo salvi e imposti il file a Sola lettura "" dovevo inviare lo....
spero che hai raggione.
rifaccio un log per verificare
