PERCHE' A VOLTE IL PORTATILE NON SI SPEGNE..........

da un pò di giorni che ho formatato, a volte quando spengo il PC rimane per molto tempo la voce "WINDOWS SI STA PE SPEGNERE" ma dopo 5 minuti ancora non si spegne, quindi non mi rimane che forzarlo e spegnerlo dal pulsante.
Premetto che ho fatto un controllo con "HDTUNE" tutto regolare.
Allora mi chiedo cosa può essere?
Può un programma di condivisione crere questi problemi, anche se lo chiudo regolarmente?
Poi perchè a volte lo fà e a volte no?
Aiutatemi a svelare questo mistero.

Se non si chiude è perchè molto probabilmente restano in funzione delle applicazioni che il computer non riesce a terminare..prova start-esegui digita eventvwr..controlla se ci sono errori e postali qui eventualmente.
prova a postare anche un log di hijackthis

Bè il log è ok..quindi non c'era nulla da riparare

Il problema di arresto persiste?..lì parla di un errore di google update..molto probabilmente quando spegnevi il computer non riusciva ad arrestare quel processo perchè era in errore

mi sa che il problema lo stava dando google chrome il nuovo broswer, comunque adesso l ho tolto di mezzo, ieri comunque dopo che hijackthis ha fatto la scansione ed ho premuto ripara, il pc si è spento, comunque se il problema dovrebbe persistere te lo dico
