:aaah vi prego aiutatemi...

il mio portatile dell d620 è impazzito, di colpo il desktop si è ricoperto di messaggi relativi a symantec antivirus, poi si aprivano migliaia di finestre , poi si è rallentato ... poi è morto, col processore al 100% di occupazione.

dopo un pò di tentativi e di pazienza ( usando nod32, poichè il norton installato è semplicemente scomparso) sono arrivato ad una situazione gestibile, ma instalbile.

ogni volta che avvio il pc ( ed è molto lunga l'attesa) mi apre due finestre di errore( non trova due dll ) poi parte ma ecco il report. che devo fare? lo devo formattare o si può salvare?

Grazie mille per ogni aiuto.

Devi tenere un solo antivirus ( ti consiglio il nod 32) disinstalla norton usando questo tool poi riposta il log e nel frattempo vedi se va meglio che poi ti do un'altra indicazione ;)

Ciao e intanto grazie per la risposta.
Adesso la situazione è migliorata, non appare più il messaggio di errore relativo alle dll mancanti all'avvio.

aggiungo una nota a quanto scritto sopra, ho fatto girare in modalità provvisoria nod32, ma le righe anomale restano... :!:

Dopo aver fixiato riposta nuovamente il log, per le righe"anomale" non ho capito bene a cosa ti riferisci, poi scarica antimalware aggiornalo e fai la scansione completa e poi posta il report dei risultati che ti appare alla fine.
