Problema con Adobe Reader....

Salve , avrei un problema che non riesco a risolvere.
Recentemente ho installato Adobe Reader 6 per leggere documenti in PDF , ma al momento di lanciare il programma mi compare questo messaggio di errore " Unable to load required component Unicows.dll ".
Cosa significa , e come posso rimediare ?
Uso Win Me su un Pc AMD 750 Mhz.

In questo topic era presente un problema relativo alla stessa dll ma con un programma diverso: è segnalata (da pjfry) la procedura per scaricarsi la dll mancante.

'Unicows.dll' is the Unicode Layer DLL for Windows 9x and ME (Windows NT, 2000, and XP already provide Unicode support).

Unicode is a standard for representing characters as integers. Unicode uses 16 bits rather than the ASCII standard of 7 bits to enable more than 65,000 unique characters to be represented. As a result, languages such as Greek, Chinese, and Japanese are able to be supported.


Complete these steps to download and install 'unicows.dll':

1. Go to the Microsoft Download Center at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads

2. In the 'Product / Technology' list, click either 'Windows 95', 'Windows 98', or 'Windows ME'.

3. In the 'Keywords' text box, type 'Unicode'.

4. Click the 'Go' button.

5. Click the 'Platform Software Development Kit Redistributable: Microsoft Layer for Unicode on Windows 95, 98, and Me Systems…' hyperlink, and follow the directions to download 'unicows.exe'.

6. When prompted for an installation directory, specify the following directory:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin

Ho scaricato il file come da procedura , ma il messaggio di errore rimane e non si apre il programma.
Ma esattamente dove va installato il file " unicode " ?
Ho provato nella cartella di Adobe e nella cartella dei file " dll " di Windows , ma non cambia nulla.
Dove sbaglio ?
